Walt Disney World Orlando Florida: How I Plan Your Itinerary So You Can Actually Relax

I’ll walk you through my process for balancing those busy park days with the 'chill time' your family needs to avoid burnout.

If you have been dreaming of a vacation to Walt Disney World Orlando Florida but feel totally overwhelmed by the planning, I want you to take a deep breath because I have got you! I’ve been through the apps, the crowds, and the endless dining options, and I am here to make sure your trip feels like an actual vacation instead of a second job.
Planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth should be fun, but I know it can feel like a full time project. Between Lightning Lanes, dining reservations, and figuring out which park to visit on which day, it is a lot for anyone to handle alone.
I want to share exactly how I take that weight off your shoulders. When you work with me, my goal is to curate an elevated and seamless experience that focuses on making memories rather than managing spreadsheets.
Why is Disney World planning so stressful for families?
I hear this all the time from my clients! The truth is, Walt Disney World Orlando Florida has become a very complex destination. It isn’t just about showing up and hopping on a ride anymore; you have to navigate technology and timing perfectly.
Many of my clients tell me they felt so overwhelmed before we started working together. There are park passes to consider, transportation loops to learn, and the constant pressure to see and do everything.
When you try to do it all yourself, you often end up spending your entire vacation staring at your phone screen. That is not what a vacation is supposed to be about! You should be watching your child’s face when they see the castle for the first time, not stressing about what to do next!
How do I build a curated itinerary that actually works?
I don’t believe in cookie cutter vacations because every family is different. When I sit down to plan your trip, I start by getting to know you. Are you a family of thrill seekers, or do you want a relaxing pace with plenty of character greetings?
I look at the layout of the parks and the flow of the crowds to build a schedule that minimizes your walking and maximizes your fun. I literally look at every detail so you don't have to.
I’ve had clients tell me that the personalized videos I create for them made them feel so cared for and confident. I walk you through your itinerary step by step so that by the time you land in Orlando, you already feel like a pro.
A great Disney itinerary isn't about packing every minute with activities; it is about strategically placing your "must-do" experiences so you have plenty of breathing room to enjoy the magic.

Can I really avoid long lines at Walt Disney World Orlando Florida?
Yes, you absolutely can! But it takes a strategy. This is where my expertise comes in as your concierge of sorts. I stay up to date on all the latest changes to the Lightning Lane systems because I know your time is precious.
I help you prioritize which rides are worth the wait and which ones we should secure passes for ahead of time. I want you to feel like a VIP walking past those long standby lines.
One of my favorite things is hearing from clients who said she loved the way I handled the little details they just didn't want to deal with. When you have a plan for your morning and evening, the middle of the day becomes much more relaxing.
What are the best dining recommendations for a first timer?
Food is such a huge part of the Disney experience! From fine dining to quick snacks, the options are endless. I love giving my clients recommendations for new places to eat that they might not have found on their own.
For example, if you have a daughter who loves princesses, I’m going to suggest the best character breakfast spots where she can meet her heroes while you enjoy a delicious meal. I’ve helped so many families turn a simple meal into an unforgettable highlight of their trip.
I keep track of your dining reservation windows and give you the inside scoop on which restaurants offer the best value and atmosphere. Whether you want a meaningful dinner or just a quick, high quality bite, I’ve got the list ready for you.
Is it worth using a travel advisor for a Disney vacation?
I might be a little biased, but according to my clients, the answer is a resounding yes! Take it from Joey, who used to organize his own trips but realized how much better it was to have someone handle the logistics and provide new ideas.
When you book with me, you aren't just getting a confirmation number. You are getting a partner who is there for you if something goes wrong. Elizabeth experienced this firsthand when her cruise was canceled due to a hurricane; I was able to handle everything before she even saw the news!
I take the stress of date changes, price watches, and technical glitches off your plate. You get to keep the excitement while I handle the "work" part of the vacation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Disney Planning
Do I have to pay more to use your travel planning services?
The easy answer is, sometimes. I work with the vendors directly, so most of the time, you get all of my expertise and personalized itinerary planning without paying extra for my services! It is a win win for you to have a pro in your corner. There are some things that I do have to charge a fee for, like if you book things on your own, or only want a 1-2 day park ticket.
How far in advance should I start planning my Disney trip?
Ideally, we should start talking at least six to seven months out. This gives us time to look at resort availability and be ready the moment your dining reservation window opens up! I have, however, had clients plan trips VERY last minute.
Can you help me if I have already booked my room?
In many cases, yes! If you booked recently and haven't paid in full, I can often take over the reservation to start helping you with the itinerary and details. Just reach out and we can talk about the options!
What if I want to go to Disneyland instead of Disney World?
I love Disneyland! The parks work very differently there, but I will make sure you feel totally prepared and educated before you arrive so your trip goes smoothly.
